Fire Safety Manager

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with SCDF fire safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Implement and maintain the Fire Safety Management Plan.
• Conduct fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Liaise with SCDF, authorities, contractors and stakeholders on fire safety matters.
• Maintain accurate fire safety records, reports and documentation.
• Advise management on fire prevention, compliance and emergency response.
• Investigate fire safety incidents and implement corrective measures.

Requirements

• SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager certification/qualification recognised by SCDF.
• Relevant experience in fire safety management and compliance.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Fire Safety Act, regulations and SCDF requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to conduct fire safety inspections, drills and emergency preparedness activities.
• Experience liaising with SCDF, contractors and relevant authorities preferred.
