Position Summary
The Administration staff is responsible for supporting the company's corporate functions, including administration, HR, governance, compliance, and finance-related operations. The role ensures smooth business operations through coordination with internal and external stakeholders, management of corporate meetings, regulatory compliance, audit support, recruitment activities, and employee administration.
Job Description
•Support for Administration & Finance General Manager
•Organize and respond to requests from JR East and group companies
•Set up and manage shareholder meetings, board meetings, and other internal meetings
•Plan, draft, and execute strategies related to administration and HR
•Prepare annual budget proposals and manage yearly budgets
•Support accounting staff
•Liaise with government authorities (licenses, applications, submissions, billing)
•Coordinate with outsourcing and business partners (bookkeeping, corporate-related tasks)
•Liaise with auditors, prepare and submit documents for internal/external audits and annual reports
•Recruitment of full-time employees and improvement of working environment after hiring
•Labor management of Japanese expatriates
•Filing, mailing, and record management of administrative documents
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Japanese company
•Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate functions such as administration, HR, or accounting
•Must have residency or valid stay permit in Singapore
•Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher
•English proficiency at least daily conversational level
