Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Site Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret technical designs, provide technical advice, and assist in resolving construction issues while ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the QAQC team for inspections, maintain records of work and materials, and ensure quality performance meets customer requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to address site issues, discrepancies, and construction challenges.
- Cost and Contract Management: Track project variations, claims, and cost impacts while implementing cost control measures to meet budget requirements.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare site reports, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to contractual requirements, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and implement best practices for future improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years in building and construction projects.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, busy environment.
