Marketing Executive

The Role
We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and attract the right clientele to our clinic. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, online engagement, and e-commerce growth across digital and offline channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending content creation, social media marketing, e-commerce management, and livestream engagement to build a strong online presence and convert interest into appointments and sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and e-commerce platforms
• Manage and update the Shopify website, including promotions, product listings, and campaign content
• Create engaging content such as visuals, reels, short-form videos, captions, and promotional materials
• Manage social media platforms to grow engagement, followers, and brand visibility
• Plan and host livestream sessions for promotions, products, and customer engagement
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches, and treatment highlights across online channels
• Track campaign and social media performance to optimise lead generation and conversions
• Support branding initiatives to maintain a premium and professional brand image
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
• Experience in marketing, e-commerce, social media, or digital marketing roles
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites and online campaigns
• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Shopify
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creativity, communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
