What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Proactively source quality candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and talent databases.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop talent pipelines and maintain a strong network of professionals across various industries.
- Prepare job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and talent advisory support to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
