Our client is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment execution and monitoring of CargoWise alerts
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to monitor booking status and resolve shipment issues or delays
- Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB/MAWB), LC AWBs and required shipping documentation according to customer and regulatory requirements
- Arrange airline bookings through online booking platforms and ensure compliance with perishable and dangerous goods requirements
- Follow AWB standing instructions and ensure all required supporting documents are properly prepared and submitted
- Liaise with airlines and relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or the logistics industry
- Hands-on experience in preparing and executing Air Waybills (AWB) is required
- Familiarity with CargoWise and airline booking platforms will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of air freight operations and shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail with good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
