What you'll do
- Assist in coordinating the daily operation and strategic execution of the translation team, do a good job in manpower scheduling, production capacity forecasting and task allocation, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of translation tasks.
- Assist in building a quantitative assessment system for translators, organize skills training and experience sharing, guide the career development of translators, and maintain team stability.
- Promote the application of AI, improve translation efficiency, and help departments reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Connect with various business departments, establish a standardized requirement submission process, and coordinate the resolution of translation-related requests from various departments.
- Lead the implementation of the translation quality system, develop and promote translation standards and glossaries, supervise the quality of team output, and handle high-risk project quality issues.
What you'll need
- With more than 2 years of experience in translation departments of Fortune 500 companies/Crypto industry, including more than 2 years of team management experience and practical experience in team management with more than 30 people.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English.
- Have experience leading teams to use AI tools.
- Possess excellent management skills, XFN communication and coordination skills, able to work efficiently in multi-tasking and high-pressure environments, and strong sense of responsibility.
