Senior / Quantity Surveyor

• - Up to $6,000 + AWS & Bonus (Senior QS)
• - Up to $5,000 + AWS & Bonus (QS)
• - 5 days work week (9am - 6pm) | Location: Joo Koon area (Straight bus from Boon Lay MRT / Walking distance from Joo Koon MRT)
• - A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects such as aviation, drainage, roads, bridges, and sewerage.

• - Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
• - Prepare tender submission
• - Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• - Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
• - Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
• - Any other tasks as assigned by superior

• - Minimum diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• - At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector
