Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to achieve productivity, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimise production capacity, workflow, manpower and resource utilisation.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to resolve material shortages and minimise production disruptions.
- Support automation, digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 13845, GMP .
- Lead problem-solving, root cause analysis.
- Manage and develop operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support budgeting, cost control and operational planning.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
