Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or frontline roles will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Comfortable with product recommendations, upselling and achieving sales targets .
- Positive, proactive and responsible with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work according to retail operating hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations .
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling and excellent customer service while working towards sales targets.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, cashiering and maintaining store standards .
