Logistics Coordinator (5 days work) / West

Our client is an established organisation in the Warehousing and Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current business expansion, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team and support their growing operations. They are located in the West Central area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of operational projects.
- Coordinate with different departments to support project activities.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers when required.
- Support the team in monitoring daily operations and project progress.
- Follow up on project tasks, timelines and outstanding issues.
- Assist in identifying operational issues and areas for improvement.
- Prepare simple project schedules, updates and relevant documents.
- Assist with collecting and organising operational data and reports.
- Assist in preparing updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Operations/Logistics Management, or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Willing to travel between different work sites when required.
