Personal Trainer

CATALAYST PERFORMANCE is seeking Personal Trainers who are passionate about health, fitness, and longevity. You’ll be working within our proprietary 4-Pillar System (Body Composition, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Stability, and Strength) to deliver evidence-based training that goes beyond aesthetics.
We believe that technical knowledge can be developed, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability are essential. We value trainers who are open to feedback, committed to improving their craft, and willing to support the growth of the people around them.
Our culture is built around pushing one another to reach greater heights. Every week, our team comes together for a team meeting and workout, followed by learning and sharing sessions covering the latest research, coaching methods, and popular health and fitness topics.

Responsibilities
• Coach clients through personalized program grounded in the Catalyst system.
• Educate and motivate clients on technique, injury prevention, and sustainable habits.
• Track progress with structured assessments and measurable outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and professional training environment.
Requirements
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to work early mornings and evenings, especially during your first year.
• Strong work ethic and discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
