NOC Engineer

COMSERVICE (SINGAPORE) SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.
• Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc;
• Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc;
• Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit;
• Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
• Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment move-in or testing ;
• Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list etc;
• Temperature monitoring
