Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Care: Supervise primary school students (P1-P6) during student care hours.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Facilitate engaging activities and programs.
Assist students with homework completion. - Communication and Support: Provide emotional support and positive reinforcement.
Liaise with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behavior.
Resolve conflicts and address student needs. - Administrative Tasks: Manage student attendance and records.
Collect fees and forms.
Maintain a clean and organized student care environment.
