Position : Project Engineer – Architectural Works
Location : Ubi / Client Site
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm
Site hours may vary according to project requirements.Salary (commensurate with experience) :$3800-$4500 Basic + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, and coordinate with subcontractors
Ensure site works meet project quality and compliance standards and project documentation is properly prepared for submissions
Coordinate relevant architectural project activities across design, procurement, construction and site operations under the direction of the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and status tracking
Manage site progress, approved changes, and project execution with internal and external stakeholders
Review design drawings and specifications
Perform additional project engineering/management duties as required
Report directly to Manager / Senior Manager
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or a related discipline
At least two years of relevant construction project or site coordination experience
Relevant experience in architectural works is preferred
