Job Summary
You will support daily outlet operations by setting up the venue, processing food and beverage orders and payments, operating the POS system, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the outlet daily to ensure smooth operation before opening
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders to meet customer requests
- Collect and process payments efficiently using the POS system to ensure accurate transactions
- Operate the POS system to record sales and manage orders effectively
- Build and maintain positive customer relations by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet to provide a safe and pleasant environment

- Experience working in food and beverage settings to support operational tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the trade’s requirements
- Demonstrate a jovial and energetic personality to enhance customer experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
