Technical Officer (Safety supervisor)

Provide Civil & Structural (C&S) supervision for Changi
Runway 3 residual airfield works.
Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure compliance
with contract requirements, approved drawings,
specifications, and authority regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction
progress, workmanship, and quality.
Monitor WSH requirements, including safe work practices,
permits to work, and unsafe acts/conditions.
Identify and report site non-compliances, safety issues,
and construction defects to CAG/OIC.
Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to
ensure smooth execution of works.
Maintain site records, inspection reports, photographs,
and other relevant documentation.
Ensure all works are carried out safely, within schedule,
and in accordance with project requirements.
Work closely with the supervision team and report daily
site matters to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC).
