Project Manager
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Working Location: Eunos (Need to travel islandwide to client’s site)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and within scope.
- Manage team performance, assign tasks and provide guidance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report project progress and issues to senior management.
- Coordinate the work of suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure reports are accurate and complete.
- Able to conduct site measurements and accurately interpret construction drawings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or O-Level qualification with several years of relevant working experience; experience in carpentry / furniture works is required.
- Familiar with interior design processes.
- Familiar with relevant industry tools or software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, etc.).
