- Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Partner with managers on employee relations and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR initiatives to support business and people goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business or other related courses.
