Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered features from concept to production.
- Build and optimise prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, memory systems and external tool integrations.
- Develop reliable and structured AI application behaviour from Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
- Debug and resolve issues across AI models, orchestration, infrastructure and application layers.
- Improve system performance with a focus on latency, scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to measure AI solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Continuously enhance AI systems through experimentation, testing and production feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural network architectures.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning or deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python with the ability to develop production-quality software.
- Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI technologies.
- Familiarity with model serving, inference optimisation and production deployment.
- Experience integrating AI models with external tools, APIs or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Technical Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following technologies will be advantageous:
- Python
- PyTorch or JAX
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Model inference and serving platforms
- Vector databases
- AI agent frameworks and orchestration platforms
- RESTful APIs and cloud-native application development
