Job Summary
Support and administer examination processes and student academic records to ensure compliance with institutional standards and timely delivery of results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct invigilation duties to uphold examination integrity and compliance with institutional policies
- Maintain accurate and complete academic data and reports for review and submission purposes
- Prepare and endorse exam schedules, exam scripts, and facilitate the timely release of exam results
- Set up examination venues ensuring they meet the Institute’s stated requirements for a secure and conducive environment
- Administer the conduct of examinations to ensure smooth and fair assessment processes
- Manage marking processes, routing for endorsement, and results release within prescribed timelines
- Serve as Exam Secretary and liaison for external examinations, coordinating communication and documentation
- Administer and assist in managing student academic records and certifications to maintain data accuracy and accessibility
- Maintain records of academic resources to support examination and academic activities
- Provide administrative support for industrial attachment programs to facilitate student placements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Pedagogical training preferred to enhance instructional and administrative effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
