Job Summary
Manage core accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative functions to support business operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across financial processes, payroll, recruitment, and office management.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and collections, to maintain accurate cash flow
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing activities, audits, and timely submission of tax filings such as GST
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and staff claims accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate employee onboarding, recruitment activities, and maintain up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations to mitigate risks
- Oversee office supplies procurement, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to support smooth operations
- Coordinate general correspondence, handle phone inquiries, and maintain organized document filing systems
- Execute ad-hoc corporate secretarial tasks and manage insurance renewal processes as required
