We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth. The candidate will manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor campaign performance to ensure strong ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, festive promotions, and product launches to drive sales.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, content calendars, and online customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop promotional materials, product features, food-related content, and marketing communications.
- AI-Powered Marketing: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to generate content, develop campaign ideas, create marketing visuals, analyse data, and streamline workflows.
- In-Store Promotions: Coordinate promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, product launches, and marketing activities with store and merchandising teams.
- Market Research: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to identify marketing opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, promotional sales, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Coordination and Budget: Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience; retail, grocery, FMCG, or food industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, campaign planning, and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and AI-assisted content creation platforms.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
