Responsibilities
- Open the store on time and ensure all systems and equipment are operational
- Monitor customer queues and proactively reduce patient waiting times
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and prepare daily float
- Promote weekly specials and upsell relevant products to customers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store security
- Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and equipment conditions
- Receive incoming goods, manage stock transfers, handle error reports, and assist with regular stock counts
- Enter daily sales data into SAP and maintain up-to-date records
- Organize and file retail-related documentation efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of monthly performance and sales reports
- Support the onboarding and training process for new team members
- Conduct daily briefings for store promoters
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance store operations
Requirements
- GCE N or O Level qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-motivated, and proactive
