Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm) (Occasion after office support hours are required)
Location: Changi Airport
Eligibility: Singaporeans/Singaporean PRs ONLY
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Windows servers and domain environments to ensure system stability and security
- Support VMware vSphere and other virtualization platforms to optimize virtual infrastructure performance
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN environments to sustain network reliability
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network, hardware, system, and performance issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds and other tools to detect and investigate anomalies proactively
- Perform system health checks, validate backups, execute recovery procedures, and troubleshoot system faults
- Support installation, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and operational recovery of IT systems to maintain service continuity
- Support airport operational systems by ensuring high availability and prompt incident resolution
- Manage incidents, escalations, and service restoration following established procedures to reduce impact
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders during incidents and scheduled maintenance for effective communication
- Implement basic firewall and access-control changes to maintain network security
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and change records for compliance and knowledge sharing
- Follow ITIL best practices and operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Participate in after-hours, standby, or shift support as required to provide continuous IT support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- CCNA certification is an advantage
- Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or ITIL certifications is an advantage
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Fortinet, SolarWinds, or similar technologies
- Basic SQL/database knowledge
- 2–3 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, or systems support
- Experience with networking, Windows servers, virtualization, firewalls, or infrastructure support
- Experience in 24x7, mission-critical, airport, aviation, or large-scale environments
- Customer-facing or stakeholder coordination experience
- Willingness to learn and support multiple technologies
