- Candidate must have an Electrical background.
- Role is office-based with occasional site visits for checking.
Job Description
Pre-Tender /Commercial
Cost Estimation
- Calculate quantities, materials, labour, and project timeframes before project commencement.
Tendering and Contracts
- Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Budget Monitoring
- Track expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.
Valuation and Payments
- Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
Risk and Dispute Management
- Identify commercial risks and support resolution of contractual claims or disputes.
SKILLS | EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Electrical background /knowledge is required.
- Comfortable with occasional project-site checking.
