Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within our key sectors
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- If applying for a management-level role, proven experience managing a team, and holding a budget.
