Claims Executive (Marine Insurance/ Insurance Broker)

Responsibilities
- Handle and process insurance claims for clients, mainly for marine insurance matters.
- Record new claim notifications and monitor claim progress until settlement.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, adjusters and other related parties.
- Assist in arranging surveyors for damage assessment when required.
- Review supporting documents and bills before submission to insurers or surveyors.
- Follow up with underwriters to ensure claims are reviewed and settled fairly.
- Update clients on claim status and assist with claim-related enquiries.
- Prepare claims records, loss statistics and work with internal teams on payment or documentation matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Candidates who possess claims, insurance or related experience will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with clients and insurers.
- Meticulous, organised and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
