Position: Accounts / Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and update daily bank balances to maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices, follow-up on payments, and support intercompany transactions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, including account inquiries, transactions, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making.
Review, verify, and post invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Initiate and process payments to vendors and suppliers via online banking, adhering to payment schedules and financial controls.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Handle queries, requests, and concerns from Chinese-speaking associates (bilingual in English & Mandarin required).
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in the construction industry and full-set accounts preferred.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
