Job Description

- Position Title: Structure Engineer
- Working Location: Expo
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.45pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare design calculations for building façades using design software.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and specifications.
- Work with the design team and quantity surveyors to resolve structural issues for façade works.
- Review architectural drawings and develop practical façade design solutions that meet the design intent and are buildable.
- Collaborate with consultants, the Professional Engineer (PE), and the Accredited Checker (AC) on structural matters, ensuring alignment with shop drawings for submission.
- Prepare and manage BCA submissions for approval.
- Maintain records in line with ISO/OHSAS procedures.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient with structural analysis software.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
