Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
* Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.
* Execute face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of established clients.
*Recruit, develop, and retain talented individuals to support team growth.
* Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective action plans.
