Job Summary
Build and deliver digital products by collaborating with product teams to manage development cycles, conduct user research, ensure quality testing, and support product adoption and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews that inform product development
- Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives with product teams to maintain agile workflows
- Track and manage development progress to ensure timely delivery of product releases
- Conduct and support comprehensive system, user acceptance, and security testing before product launch
- Develop and execute user education campaigns to drive product adoption after release
- Provide ongoing product support by working with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs
- Partner with product teams to deliver end-to-end digital product solutions that meet user needs and business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional
- Degrees or diplomas in computer science, product management, or related fields
- Experience using platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq
- Proven ability to drive product success by effectively bringing products to users
