Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Verify and post payable and receivable entries into the ERP system.
- Maintain and update the company cash book accurately.
- Process vendor payments and payment vouchers.
- Review and verify employee expense claims.
- Maintain organized and timely filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor SyteLine is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
