Job scope:
- Handling phone calls
- Appointment booking and patient registration
- Cashier and dispensary duties
- Chaperoning for clinical examination
- Provide financial counseling and education on procedures
- Assist patient with insurance pre-authorisation
- Coordination of diagnostic tests
- Maintain clinic filings and storage
- Assisting in endoscopy procedures / surgical procedures if needed
- Other duties assigned by doctor
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
