Job Summary
You will manage construction sites by reading drawings, cutting materials, organizing workers to meet schedules, and leading problem-solving efforts on-site to ensure smooth construction operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction site activities to ensure timely and efficient progress
- Read and interpret construction drawings to accurately cut materials
- Organize and coordinate workers to execute construction tasks according to schedule
- Lead workers to identify and resolve construction issues on-site promptly
- Apply knowledge of carpentry and rebar work to support construction processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations
- Follow site management regulations and comply with commands to ensure safety and order
- Utilize extensive on-site management experience to oversee construction operations
- Understand and implement on-site operation processes to maintain workflow
