Job Responsibilities:
Course Planning and Management
- Assist the Dean of Curriculum in course planning, development and management
- Provide administrative support in course submissions and uploading of materials into the training system, such as preparation of workflow, master calendar, and course outlines etc.
- Proofread printing materials and data submissions
- Setup online platform for training
- Assist in scheduling of training venues
- Liaise with local/overseas lecturers, training partners and teachers
Marketing
- Design marketing and publicity materials
- Design and publication of course handbook
- Carry out effective publicity
Data Management
- Upload course data into database
- Prepare analysis report
Other Responsibilities
- Event management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Relevant administrative experiences
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and able to deliver under stress
- Responsible, meticulous and able to work independently without supervision
- Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and designing software
- Pleasant personality, willing to take initiatives to help colleagues and other stakeholders
