Job Summary
The Operations Executive supports the Operations / Assistant Operations Manager by managing daily banquet operations and administration to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily banquet operations to deliver seamless event execution and enhance guest satisfaction
- Administer banquet processes to maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
- Adapt work schedule to accommodate irregular hours required by event demands
- Proactively enhance guest experience by demonstrating commitment to service excellence
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Lead and motivate banquet staff to achieve operational goals and uphold high service standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in banquet or catering operations preferred
- Class 3 driving license
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong passion and commitment to service excellence
- Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
