Job Summary
Represent and promote established brands through direct customer engagement. Build and maintain client relationships, address customer inquiries, and close follow-ups to support brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers and clients to represent and promote brands effectively
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage follow-ups to close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and improve engagement outcomes
