- Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, payment documents and staff claims.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and proper approval.
- Match invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt records.
- Perform data entry and update financial transactions in the accounting or ERP system.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and other finance-related documents.
- Monitor outstanding documents and follow up with internal departments or suppliers where necessary.
- Assist with filing, scanning and maintaining proper records of invoices, receipts and payment documents.
- Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of schedules and reconciliation reports.
- Assist with bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations, where required.
- Support GST documentation and other statutory or audit-related requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audit document requests.
- Perform general administrative duties for the Finance Department.
- Undertake other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
