Admin Assistant - Kaki Bukit

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 with an option to extend the contract for another year
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays
· Personnel will be deployed for two (2) weeks during both June and December holidays
Scope of Services:
Reception Duties
· Handling of phone calls and recording phone logs and taking message
· Performing administrative work such as photocopying, filing and etc
· Managing counter duties such as attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
· Responding to enquiries and providing general useful information
· Attending to goods delivery on behalf of staff
· Caring of unwell students by rendering basic assistance
· To conduct wipe down using disinfectant for front counter on a daily basis.
General Admin Duties
· To provide admin support for school staff, school events and activities
· Attend to students coming school late and/or leaving school early
· Assist in the dissemination of information such as school circulars, parents’ messages, etc
· Handle and keep track of lost and found items
· Handle incoming and outgoing mails
· Assist in office admin duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Reception and Sick Bay area at all times
· To manage and upkeep stock of spare uniform
· To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
· Any other duties assigned based on school’s needs
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Qualification
· Minimum GCE “N” level

· Good communication and inter-personal skills
· Team player with initiative
· Good customer service skills
· Mature individual with a pleasant disposition, is polite, patient, caring and positive
· Proficient in MS Office
· Basic first aid knowledge and prior experience working in a school environment will be an advantage
