R&D Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Involvement in local R&D projects focused on decarbonized fuels such as hydrogen and ammonia.
• Lead and support R&D investigations from a sensing technology perspective.
• Drive R&D initiatives with internal and external partners to develop sensing technologies that support advanced control and maintenance in future fuel production.
• Policies and Procedures : Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Work Scheduling : Assign short-term schedules to team members to meet objectives within timelines.
• Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data independently using established tools and methods.
• Client Relationship : Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high-quality services.
• Document Preparation : Prepare complex documents and compile data for reports.
• Process Improvement : Identify gaps in processes and apply change management solutions.
• Solutions & Recommendations : Interpret data, propose solutions, and advise managers on applying procedures.
• Project Support : Assist in project management activities.
• Capability Building : Participate in training, accreditation, and continuous learning to enhance performance.
• Manages Complexity : Analyzes complex issues and identifies root causes.

Qualifications

• Education : Degree/Masters/PHD in Engineering/Science.

• Experience : 2-4 years of experience with procedures and systems
