Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product team to identify market trends and innovation ideas
- Develop sales strategies and engage with architects, designers, and product team
- Establish relationships with contractors and train sales team
- Work with leadership to set sales goals and budgets
- Ensure prompt customer response and develop new product launch strategies
- Manage implementation of lighting systems and solutions
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of technical sales experience in the lighting industry
- Strategic planning and execution skills
- LED experience or strong relationships in lighting design
- Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
- Lighting Certification
- Proficiency in MS Office Professional
