Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
- Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
- Handle complaints and suggestions
- Manage and update the database daily
- Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Min GCE "N" Level with at least 1 year experience in customer service / hospitality / retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to commit at least 4 days work per week (Inclusive of 1 weekend)
