Job Summary
Support daily operational functions of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow, service quality, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on staff coordination, patient flow management, administrative processes, and supporting operational readiness across laboratory, radiology, and other healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Assist and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to service standards and SOPs
- Coordinate imaging, laboratory, and day-surgery services to maintain operational readiness and compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
- Guide frontline staff by supporting onboarding, training, and resolving routine operational issues to maintain effective team performance
- Liaise with vendors for equipment servicing and maintenance while maintaining accurate operational records
- Maintain Ministry of Health (MOH) compliance documentation, support audits, and assist in reviewing and updating SOPs
- Process and track insurance claims, ensure timely and accurate submissions, liaise with panel providers on discrepancies, and reconcile claims with clinic billing records
- Assist in preparing operational reports, monitor workflows, and identify opportunities to improve clinic efficiency
- Coordinate clinic meetings, training sessions, and staff activities by managing scheduling, venue arrangements, and vendor communications
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with Clinic Assist or relevant clinic management systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage clinic operations effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- IT proficiency to support administrative and operational tasks
- Language proficiency in Chinese, Malay, or Bahasa Indonesia
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident status
