Key Responsibilities:
- Kickstart your financial services career through a structured training programme designed to build real industry knowledge and practical skills
- Learn financial planning and advisory fundamentals through hands-on assignments and guided mentorship from experienced advisors
- Conduct market research on financial products, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Assist in preparing clear and professional client reports, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Shadow experienced financial advisors on real client cases to build practical exposure and professional confidence
- Attend training sessions and workshops covering compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Support the organisation of client engagement activities, financial seminars, and community outreach initiatives
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and assist with client outreach and follow-up activities as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Interest in finance, investments, and financial advisory
- Driven, disciplined, and eager to learn from industry mentors
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
