Logistics Planner & Traffic Controller

What You'll Do
- Plan and schedule next-day deliveries and transport operations
- Monitor fleet movement and delivery progress in real time
- Coordinate drivers, routes, and job assignments efficiently
- Resolve delays and operational issues promptly
- Prevent unnecessary costs (storage, overtime, failed trips)
- Liaise with customers and manage operational enquiries
- Ensure accurate job records, PODs, and billing documentation
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and fleet condition
- Lead and supervise drivers and delivery assistants
Requirements
- 3-5 years of logistics planning, transport coordination, or fleet operations experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems is an advantage
