Senior Engineer / Engineer - Tester Support Group

Responsibilities

Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug
Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE
Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement
Provide technical training to production personnel
Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management
Support audit / visit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in any engineering field or equivalent
Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers
Prior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repair
Semiconductor Programming & Application skills
Good planning & organizing ability and a team player
Familiar with Quality Management - Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA
Good communication & presentation skills
