We are looking for a service-oriented professional who can communicate confidently with customers, provide on-site support and is willing to develop technical skills while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install & Configure: Set up multifunction devices (MFDs), related software and printing equipment at customer sites to ensure smooth operation and readiness for use.
- Empower Customers: Conduct user training on printing, scanning and equipment operations, helping customers use the systems confidently and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and address basic printing, scanning and connectivity issues remotely or on-site, escalating more complex technical matters when necessary.
- Manage Print Solutions: Install and configure EPBB and Digital Front End (DFE) systems, including network connectivity and workflow settings.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Train customer operators on DFE platforms, job submission, output settings and everyday production print workflows.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Follow established service standards, corporate guidelines and service-level requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical field service, technical support or a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with multifunction device installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Background in offset printing, offset press operations or production print environments is highly advantageous.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct customer training.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently at customer premises and managing service tasks responsibly.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills, with a strong commitment to service quality and continuous improvement.
