Job Summary

Manage procurement activities for semiconductor fabrication parts, ensuring timely sourcing, vendor negotiation, and resolution of supply issues to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Source and manage procurement of fabrication parts to meet production requirements
Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotes accurately and efficiently
Review and analyze vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with specifications
Coordinate and resolve escalated supply issues such as shipment delays and documentation status to maintain production schedules
Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain strong supplier relationships to support ongoing procurement needs and operational continuity
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to prepare procurement documentation and reports
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges and optimize sourcing processes
Work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Engineering, Electronic, or Manufacturing discipline
Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Syspro system
