Assistant/ Sales Manager (Channel Sales, Regional - Consumer Electronics)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the consumer electronics industry.
- Manage and grow the company's regional channel partners and distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for channel expansion.
- Train and educate channel partners on product features and benefits to enhance sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales forecast and reports to management.
- Support and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Travel within the region to meet channel partners and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of the regional consumer electronics market and channel distribution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
